ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB INFORMATION
SPFA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with bookkeeping, human resources administration and support our other programs
This is a part-time, work-from-home position reporting to the Executive Director. From April to September, the workload will be approximately 10-15 hours per week and from October though March, approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Pay will range from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Typical bookkeeping tasks including AR and AP activities and financial recordkeeping
- Administrative tasks for HR, including processing bi-weekly payroll and benefits program
- Assist staff with preparation of reports, distributing correspondence as needed to support SprayFoam Convention and Expo, Professional Certification Program and Membership programs
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a work-at-home setting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Resourcefulness
- Editing and proofreading
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Computer experience with the following applications
- Quickbooks Online*
- Microsoft Office*
- Adobe Acrobat
- Online meeting (GoTo), mass email (ConstantContact) and surveys (Survey Monkey) application experience
- Social Media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
- Willing to learn Adobe Illustrator and website administration
