Global Specialty Products USA, Inc. ( manufactures environmentally safe, non-hazardous, non-HAPs, non-flammable Polyurethane Foam Cleaners and RESIN REMOVERS / “GREEN Chemistry” for Roofing (Spray Foam); Injection Mold; Adhesives and other markets.  Products are direct replacement for: Acetone, MEK, Methylene Chloride, acetate and other hazardous chemicals.   

Products are effective in cleaning:

  • Uncured or semi-cured Flexible and Rigid TWO COMPONETS Polyurethane Foam;
  • Cured Reactive Hot Melt Polyurethane Adhesives;
  • Both MDI and TDI Esters and Ethers (polyether polyols, and polyester polols);
  • Semi-crystallized Isocyanates (Part A) and Semi-cured urethanes; and
  • Orthophthalic; Isophthalic; Dicyclopentadiene; Vinylester and Epoxy Resins

“Use product as is; no heating is required”. “It cleans just like Acetone and Methylene Chloride – without the hazards”.  Products provide fast, residue free, and complete removal of cured or un-cured rigid urethane foam deposits and buildup from mixing heads, gear pumps, troughs, side walls, conveyor parts, rollers, molds, foam cutting devices, holding tanks, feeding lines and mixing equipment.

SURF X Flush™ 2000; NZD ISO Flush™ Isocyanates Cleaner; CIRR D-BOND™; Nature’s Guard™ Soy-based Resin Remover, GLOBE Kleen™ 2002; and Foam Off ™- MP

Products have low vapor pressure and high boiling point and are recyclable through vacuum distillation. What this means to customer: whatever quantities they purchase, they will use; nothing will evaporate to the atmosphere.  In addition, they will generate less waste.  Products are complete formulae (contain full corrosion inhibition package & rinse aid) and safe on most O-rings, seals, hoses and gaskets. In addition, products are safe on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
