OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Training

The OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Course was developed to provide construction workers with the tools they need to manage worksite safety and health. It was also designed to help individuals stay up to date with their OSHA safety requirements. Upon course completion, you will receive either a card or Certificate of Completion. Please send a copy of that card or certificate to us and we'll update your file.

Why does SPFA require it? Continued commitment to safety and excellence for SPF contractors by recognizing they are part of the greater construction effort and a team member with other trades. This class levels the playing field for all trades and demands a commitment to general worksite safety. It is more and more a minimum requirement for presence on a worksite. It is cost-effective and accessible.

There are many places to obtain this class. Since it IS NOT an SPFA-sponsored class we accept completion certificates from a variety of sources. Any program recognized by OSHA found in the links below, or completion of the program from SPFA's preferred provider, are acceptable. This class may be taken at any point along your path to SPFA Applicator Credentialing.

Preferred Provider: SafetyLinks
OSHA Programs: OSHA

Once you complete this program you must email or fax a copy of your certificate of completion to SPFA at 703-222-5816 or kmarcavage@sprayfoam.org.
