SPFA Job Board

SPFA’s Professional Industry Job-Board

The SPF industry moves fast and needs a few good people to keep growing. Let’s get you working.

JobBoard3SPFA is doing its part to bring awareness of open positions in the industry to our members, partners, and untapped talent pools. For every one of these positions going unfilled it’s an opportunity missed, an extra staffing challenge drawing attention away from other important priorities, or a customer perhaps needing to wait longer than they should have to. Those negatively impact growth of our industry and the companies that make it all happen.

Sprayfoam products in the United States, from manufacture to installation, are predominantly unexportable jobs and human-intensive. Something to be celebrated in today’s digital world. It’s hard to hand-craft a custom final product for a customer without using real hands. That notion is supported in the manufacturer’s laboratory research and development efforts, in the beautiful final product that adorns a customer’s project, and everything that needed to happen in between.

That end-to-end relationship is the “value-chain”. Each link needs to bear a lot of weight and perform so the other links can do the same. SPFA officially represents the value-chain of the SPF industry – our membership is comprised of professional sprayfoam contractors, manufacturers, distributors, consultants and other specialists - and recognizes the restricting-effects of labor shortage. We are trying to strengthen that link by getting these positions filled.

SPF delivers energy efficiency, comfort and durability like no other product, and the industry has great jobs available. If you are ready to be an agent of positive change, have a driven work ethic, and are drawn to the technical, high-tech, fast-paced, challenging and rewarding nature of the specialized construction industry, welcome to the team (in advance). Tune out the noise of the mega-job search sites and find your opportunity through us.
